You will inspire and motivate your VEGgies in both your home hospital and locally surrounding VEG hospitals to learn and grow. You will assist in coordinating education opportunities and overall training for your home hospital. You will work closely with local leadership and VNDMs to drive development of the nursing care team through VEG training programs.
